ROOM RATES AND CHECK IN POLICY

Rates are quoted based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
Rates are inclusive of 11% Government Tax.
In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, we reserve the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
Minimum check-in age is 0 years old.
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
Check-out time is by 12:00 pm.
A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in for verification purpose.
A refundable security deposit IDR 500.000 will be required at the time of check-in made in the cash. Guests shall be liable for any damage caused to the villa during stay. Guests shall keep the Villa in a good condition. Damage deposits will be released back to cash to the Guest. This amount will be released at the time of checkout upon validation of room condition.

EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE

Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach our Front Desk for assistance until check-in is available. You are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival if arriving very early.
Late check-out is available on request with additional charge, subject to room availability and occupancy level.
Please check with our Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out until 6:00 pm and a full-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6:00 pm.

PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card is required for all reservations.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Transfer bank
Upon check-in, customers are required to present the confirmation page.
Payment for non-refundable reservations will be charged immediately after booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations are charged a non-refundable 50% deposit up on booking.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified less then 7 days before date of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. Some exceptions apply at the discretion of Bali Diamond Management.

EXTRA PERSON AND CHILD POLICY

All children are welcome.
Infant 0 to 2 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib available upon request prior to your arrival.
Maximum one child from 2 to 8 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Breakfast for one child sharing bed with parents will be charge IDR 75.000. If you require this setup, please include this detail in your reservation.
One older child from 9 years or adult is charged IDR 450,000 per person per night in an extra bed, inclusive of daily breakfast.
The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1 (one).

NO CHECK-IN AND NO CHECK-OUT DATE

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that your stay subsequently shall be subject to our standard terms and conditions.
We own the rights to cancel the reservation if the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
We shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
